The ITP/IMA Student Participatory Budget for Funding Year 2025 is a $10,000 budget set aside for purchases suggested and voted on by students.
Please use the form below to submit ideas that will be voted on by all ITP and IMA Students. Please be as direct in your suggestions as possible. Please be sure to include a url to the product – either a retail link or the manufacturer’s page.
If you don’t know the cost of an item, don’t worry, we’ll look it up and include it on the voting ballot, but items over the $10,000 budget limit will likely be omitted from voting.
Sometimes students inadvertently suggest an item that is a part of a larger, more expensive, system. If this is the case and the final cost of the system exceeds the total available participatory budget, it may be omitted from voting, so try to make sure that suggestions are complete, one-off product suggestions.

The suggestion form will remain open until Friday, October 11, 2024. After the suggestions are collected, a ballot form will be sent out asking students to rank the received suggestions for purchase.
Final results will be purchased in November/December!
